Fitness, Wellness and Vitality Tips

We've got a lot of work ahead of us in the coming weeks here at PHILANDRY. Along with the development of new men's personal care and grooming products, I am writing about fitness, wellness and vitality, offering tips that I have found effective for myself, clients and friends.
